how do you change the version reply in mIRC?

You cannot change the version for reply sent to mirc...
However, you can intercept version request sent to scripts.

ummm, you CAN change the default version reply, even in a blank mirc. Simply hex the mirc.exe and remove it. been done 1000 times. I use a hexed mirc.exe
there's also now a .dll that cancels out the mirc.exe's default version reply, so it's not even necessary to hex the exe anymore. you can get the .dll on mircscripts.org
