MSN Messenger for mIRC

i am using mirc 6.1
and your script 3.12
just downloaded them both...

This is my first time using any form of irc-->msn program.
i have usd both but never irc client to connect to msn.
there is a cool bot with a weird script language " yah-too " for yahoo.
very nice. but there are no such "nice" bots for msn.

when i found mirc for msn i was pleased because mirc is scriptable and already has some nice room control features built in.

i would love to use this script, if i could connect.

sorry, i am using mirc 603 and not 6.1
i read the version wronge.
It seems to the mirc web site 6.1 = 601 etc
at any rate i wiped the old mirc folder.
installed 6.3 and then installed the script.
gave the command to install it inside mirc.
then /msn and got the message again about the security update

The update message you are getting is not mirc specific ... it's happening to everyone who is not using the very latest version of messenger ... even messenger itself, without mirc.

so what your saying is its a wierd msn problem ...
ill try and log in again....trying again....
hmmm it seems to be working now...
i have no clue how to enter a room or get a rooms list

but i added myself to my buddy list and it seemed to be alright...
