With 3.12 neither

I now readed that 3.20 not works @ 98, so i tried a version earlyer. But now it's not workin :/
It says:
Connecting....
Disconnected.
My username etc are good..

I have the same problem, but I have windows xp (also version 3.20)

The earlier versions of MSN for mIRC will not work as MSN have shut down the old protocol, that is what the old version used.
I am trying to find a solution to the problems with the new version and it only working with some people. Bear with me!

Don't feel bad. Even Trillian is having problems with MSN Messenger working correctly.
