It's not working

I'm on Windows XP, I have the latest version of the msn.

I'm seeing the actual interface, but all it says on the left is

v3.50

also, i get this error in the server page.

could someone help me?

This means that %msn.motd isn't set.

This will most likely be because you click "no" when mIRC popped up saying should it run initial startup commands when you installed it.

Reinstall the script, and hit 'yes' to the dialog that appears.
