I NEED HELP!!!!!! Cant get it to run !!!

I type /load -rs msn/msn.mrc
that works, but when i type /msn i get nothing at all it says
Please wait untill both lookup server connections are established adn try joining again.
i have no clue what that means and i really need some help!!!!!
