Idea one: perhaps (and now this is just a thought) you could release a basic engine that handles MSN connections, protocol and the like, coz frankly at times picture windows dun cut if for meh - but niether can i be assed getting the protocol out and playing around with it for ages - think of it like a header file for C/C++... like the author of nHTML did

Idea two: Add features that are mIRC specific > perhaps as simple as a version checker or maybe you could implement a form on encryption >utilise the same bit of the protocol as they do for inviting ppl to play games or what not....

how about making it send files especially when your behind a NAT firewall , my router is NAT and i cant even send files over Normal MSN messenger

I have this exact problem too Antony - I plan to make it so you can send files when you are behind a router.
