MSN Messenger for mIRC

I have a friend that has this name: <'))))< <')))<

I can't open a window to talk to her, I get this:
/sockopen: invalid parameters (line 199, msn.mrc)

I have to wait for her to open it and then I can talk
That only happens when she has that name, so...

another thing that you probably know is... randomly when receiving messages, some come this way:

messageWEIRDMESSAGEINFO(email,name,number)

like for example:
hi....MSG hisemail@hotmail.com †%20HisNiCK%20†%20Flying%20under%20a%20BurninG%20Sky 95
